Response Time
We answer every message within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Messages received over the weekend or on public holidays are answered on the next business day. Sending multiple emails about the same issue will not speed up the process — it may actually delay it by pushing your ticket back in the queue.
What We Can Help With
- Missing delivery email: If you have not received your download email within 1 hour of purchase, first check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Email us and we will resend your access link.
- Download or file problems: Broken link, file that will not open, audiobook that will not play, or trouble accessing your purchase on a new device.
- Refund requests: Refunds are handled under our 90-Day “Do The Work” Guarantee. Please read the Refund Policy before writing in, and include the required documentation with your request. Write your order number in the subject line.
- Pre-purchase questions: Questions about what a product contains, file formats, or which product is right for you.
- Billing questions: Duplicate charges, unrecognized charges, or receipt requests.
Before You Write — Include These Details
To resolve your issue in one reply instead of three, every support email should include:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email) — put it in the subject line.
- The email address you used at checkout. If you typed a different email when ordering, we cannot locate your purchase without it.
- A short description of the issue, including the product name and, for technical problems, the device and app you are using to open the file.
Emails without an order number or purchase email will receive a reply asking for them first, which slows everything down.
A Note on Delivery
